These documents provide insight into my beliefs and practices with regard to school leadership through political, social, economic, legal, and cultural advocacy. Leadership naturally means advocating for change within a school, within a larger cultural or political climate, and advocating for those whose voices are not heard. This is especially true in a Catholic school, as Jesus taught, "whatever you do unto the least of these, you do unto Me."
