These documents provide insight into my beliefs and practices with regard to acting ethically and with integrity. Integrity, in my opinion, is the most important trait of any leader, particularly a school leader. Students, parents, and school workers must know their leader is honest, moral, and ethical. The first two documents are examples of ways I've tried to be open and transparent with parents, and the second two are my own reflections and analysis about ethical leadership.
