How long have you been a teacher? I have been a teacher since 1980.

How long have you been a teacher at SJS? I have been a teacher at SJS since 1991.

What is your degree/certification in? My BS degree is in Elementary Education. I am certified to teach all subjects grades K-8 and K-9 in Science, Health, and Physical Education. I am highly qualified in Math and Science. My MS is in Educational Technology. Other certifications include AOD catechist, Raspberry Pi certified educator, and code.org K-5 and middle school. I have a technician class operator license with the FCC Amateur radio service.

What do you love about SJS? I love the sense of family and community at SJS that started with Sister Theresa Darga and has continued through the years. Each day always starts and ends with prayer. Many other prayers and blessings are part of the regular day. We have high academic expectations and students perform at a high level.
