How long have you been a teacher?  I have a been a teacher since 2009. I taught in St. Pete, Florida for 9 years before coming back home to Michigan. 

How long have you been a teacher at SJS?  I have been at St. Joe's since 2017.

What is your degree/certification in?  My degree is in K-12 ESE, certified Middle Grades Science, 6-12 Earth/Space Science, K-12 Reading Endorsed, and ESOL Endorsed. 

What do you love about SJS?  I love teaching at St. Joe's because it feels like home. It’s a welcoming faith- and family-filled atmosphere. The students are respectful, the staff is friendly, and it’s a genuinely happy place to be. I attended St. Joe's from 1st- 8th grade many, many years ago, and coming back was the best career choice I’ve made!
